My Experience of theTop 4 Cities of the World | Mumbai – London – Dubai – New York

If you ask anyone about the top cities of the world or cities where the property and living cost is high then you would get names of cities like Dubai in Middle East, London in Europe, New York in America and Mumbai in Asia/ Indian Subcontinent.

If you have followed my blog since the beginning then you would know about me. I from Mumbai so I have lived most of my life here since childhood to my teens and still going on. I had moved to London for my higher studies in 2009 for 2 years and lived and experienced a European lifestyle. Later on I moved to Dubai for 1 year to pursue a finance related job, again I went to New York later on for a week for tourism purpose.

Here, I would like to share my experience with these top cities and share a brief summary about everything I noticed about these cities.

Mumbai – I Love Mumbai and there is nothing like it. I am saying this not because I grew up and live here but with experience. It is called a city of dreams for most of the Indians and others. Dreams are fulfilled here. There is something for everyone here. From Finance capital to Bollywood to Slums, You will find everything.

Best Thing – Food, life

Worst Thing – Traffic

Dubai – A Royal and classy city is what I will describe here. Almost 90% expatriates are living in this city. You will find people from all over the world living and working here. It feels like home specially for Indians, with better infrastructure. Even if you don’t know Arabic it’s OK, English and Hindi will do your job. As most people speak any of these languages.

Best Thing – Being a Muslim country and having a Muslim culture, They respect all cultures and people.

Worst Thing – Even if you give your life, you will be still be an expatriate and they won’t give you citizenship.

Once you are here, you won’t like to leave this place.

Best Thing – The city never sleeps, so you’ll have something interesting to do at any given time of the day.

Worst Thing – It’s a concrete jungle and Traffic is too bad

London is fabulous for art and culture. So is NYC. Mumbai too is good for art and culture but mostly in its extreme southern suburbs.
